We follow a structured timeline to ensure your shoes are handled with precision. Once you place an order on our website, we dedicate 1 business day to internal processing. This includes picking your items from our inventory, performing a quality check, and securely packaging them for transit.
Following this preparation stage, the actual transit period typically takes between 2 to 3 business days. In total, you can expect your package within 3 to 4 business days from the date of your order.
Please keep in mind that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong.

There are absolutely no hidden fees, restocking charges, or additional shipping and handling costs. The price displayed at your digital checkout is the final and only amount you will be asked to pay. By maintaining this "no hidden cost" policy, we ensure full compliance with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance , which prohibits fake omissions regarding the total price of goods. You can shop with confidence, knowing that the price you see is the price you pay.
If you are not available to receive your package and provide the COD payment when the courier arrives, our logistics partners will typically attempt a redelivery. Generally, the courier will contact you via the phone number provided during checkout to coordinate a more convenient time.
If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local collection point or returned to our warehouse.
Please note that since we utilize a COD system, the delivery must be completed and the payment collected for the transaction to be finalized. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to avoid delays.
