Terms and Conditions for Gripagoal

This document serves as the formal agreement between you and Gripagoal regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our platform or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these guidelines.

Our operations are strictly focused on providing footwear to the Hong Kong market, and these terms are designed to align with the Sale of Goods Ordinance and the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance of Hong Kong .

1. Agreement to Terms

By navigating this website or placing an order, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Gripagoal. Use of this site is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to provide accurate and current contact information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect any fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. These rules ensure a stable and fair environment for all our customers in Hong Kong.

2. Commercial Terms

All product descriptions and pricing displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we aim for accuracy, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clerical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch.

Gripagoal operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We do not collect digital payments or sensitive billing details on our platform. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay at your doorstep. There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or shipping costs added to your order. We do not impose specific ordering limits, but we reserve the right to verify large orders via email to ensure successful delivery.

3. Fulfillment and Delivery

We are committed to a clear and efficient logistics process. Once you place an order, our team requires 1 business day for internal packaging and preparation. Following this stage, an additional 2 to 3 business days is needed for transit. So, you can expect your product to arrive to your address within 3 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order as long as the item remains in our possession. Once the product is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the order cannot be canceled, and the delivery must be completed as scheduled.

4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. This policy applies specifically to items that are damaged, incorrect, or have a size misfit.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at fashion@gripagoal.com . We will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we take 24 hours to inspect its condition.
  • Resolution: If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement. If the item is unavailable or beyond repair, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refund Method: Since we do not have your bank details from the initial COD transaction, we will contact you via email to request your bank account information. Refunds are issued via bank transfer and typically take 5 to 6 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Restriction: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before finalizing your order.

5. Liability and Governing Law

Gripagoal is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers. Our total responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Hong Kong law. Any disputes related to these terms will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

6. Regional Governance

Gripagoal operates only within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All transactions, shipping, and customer support are restricted to this territory. Our team is available to assist with any queries from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (HKT).
